Argentina: Adopted Secretariat for Public Innovation Recommendations for Reliable Artificial Intelligence (Provision 2/2023)

On 1 June 2023, the Department for Information Technologies of Argentina's Secretariat for Public Innovation adopted the Recommendations for Reliable Artificial Intelligence ( Provision 2/2023). The Recommendations outline the principles developers of Artificial Intelligence (AI) should follow and their responsibilities. Furthermore, the Recommendations note that developers should ensure the quality and adequacy of the data used in the development of the systems and provide in a transparent and understandable manner information on the AI system design and ensure the AI safe and auditable implementation.
