Implemented parts of the Competition (Amendment) Bill including anti-competitive agreements regulation

On 18 May 2023, certain provisions from the Competition (Amendment) Bill including anti-competitive agreements regulations were implemented. In particular, the provision regarding the expansion of the scope of cartels to encompass hub and spoke arrangements entered into force.
