Introduced Counterespionage Law (Revised draft)

On 30 August 2022, the Counterespionage Law (Revised draft) was introduced to China's National People's Congress (NPC). According to an explanatory note provided by the Standing Committee of the NPC, the revised draft aims to clarify the definition of the concept of espionage.
