EU Commission communication on pursuing digital levy
The EU Commission published a communication about Business Taxation for the 21st Century. The Commission states that the initiative for its digital levy will be pursued further. It will be designed in way that it is independent and can co-exist with Pillar 1 of the OECD's inclusive Framework, which plans to shift taxation rights to the place of value generation.
