China: MHRSS publishes Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Issuing the Guidelines for the Conclusion of Electronic Labor Contracts

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MHRSS) of China issues Guideline for the Conclusion of Electronic Labor Contracts. According to the Guideline, labor contracts must be concluded through an electronic contract management platform. That platform must meet certain qualification requirements set out in the Guideline.
