Published OECD paper on Artificial Intelligence Language Models

On 13 April 2023, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) published a digital economy paper entitled “AI Language Models: Technological, Socio-Economic and Policy Considerations”. The paper outlines the AI language model and natural language processing (NLP) landscape with policy responses from different countries. Furthermore, the paper explores the basic building blocks of language models from a technical perspective using the OECD Framework for the Classification of AI Systems.
