Adopted China and Russia Memorandum of Understanding on Consumer Rights Protection

On 21 March 2023, the State Administration for Market Regulation of China and the Russian Federation Consumer Protection and Public Welfare Supervision Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Consumer Rights Protection. The MoU establishes mechanisms for the exchange of information, research, and training to ensure consumer protection in both countries. Additionally, the MoU aims to promote bilateral economic and trade exchanges between Russia and China.
