Signed UK and Ukraine Digital Trade Agreement including cybersecurity requirements

On 20 March 2023, the United Kingdom and Ukraine signed a Digital Trade Agreement (DTA) aiming to support Ukraine’s economy and enhance trade in digital goods and services between both countries. In particular, the DTA outlines measures to enable cybersecurity cooperation and sharing. Under the DTA, the countries will establish mechanisms to detect, respond and prevent cyber security incidents.
