Implemented Tenth Russian sanctions package including export restrictions on technological goods

On 26 February 2023, the tenth package of sanctions against Russia adopted by the Council of the European Union entered into force a day after its publication in the Official Journal. The tenth package of sanctions includes export bans of critical technology and industrial goods, including electronics, specialised vehicles, machine parts, and spare parts for trucks and jet engines. In addition, further restrictions on exporting dual-use goods and advanced technological goods, including controls on new electronic components that can be used in Russian weapons systems, drones, missiles, and thermal cameras, among others, are established.
