On 15 February 2023, the European Commission issued the Tenth package of sanctions against Russia. The Proposal aims to restrict further the export of critical technology and industrial goods, including electronics, specialised vehicles, machine parts, and spare parts for trucks and jet engines. In addition, further restrictions are proposed on exporting dual-use goods and advanced technological goods, including controls on new electronic components that can be used in Russian weapons systems, drones, missiles, and thermal cameras, among others. The Proposal now goes to the Council of the European Union for adoption.
