Poland: Announced UOKiK investigation into OLX Group regarding alleged misleading terms

The investigation focuses on potential issues with an algorithm that may inflate ratings, altering their original nature. It also evaluates the rating scale algorithm assigning higher weight to positive reviews, potentially presenting inflated ratings. OLX could face fines up to 10% of its turnover.
