United States of America: Introduced Act to amend the Labor Law regarding technology use (AB 2414)

On 19 January 2021, the Act to amend the Labor Law (AB 2414) was introduced to the Assembly of New York. The Bill would create the "commission on the future of work" to research and understand the impact of technology on workers, employers, and the economy of the state.
