United States of America: Opened consultation on Rulemaking by the California Privacy Protection Agency

A consultation is opened by the California Privacy Protection Agency to seek input on Agency's rulemaking under the California Privacy Rights Act. The agency accepts any kind of comment but is particularly interested in the following topics: cybersecurity audits and risk assessments by businesses, automated decisionmaking, audits performed by the Agency, information to be provided in response to a consumer request to know, consumers’ Right to delete, to correct, to know, to opt-Out, to sell or share personal data, and to limit the use of sensitive information. The consultation will be closed on 8 November 2021.
