Regulation on organisational and technological cybersecurity adopted

On 29 December 2021, the Government of Ukraine adopted the Regulation on organisational and technological cybersecurity. The Regulation outlines the country's cybersecurity framework and cybersecurity-related processes, such as incident response, information exchange and monitoring. Furthermore, the Regulation is intended to encourage actors in the private sector to develop cybersecurity infrastructures and policies which are in line with the national approach.
