Implemented ANPD Resolution No. 0074-2022 approving Ibero-American Data Protection Network Standard Contractual Clauses

On 17 October 2022, the Peruvian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) Resolution No. 0074-2022, approving Ibero-American Data Protection Network Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), entered into force. The ANPD approved the SCCs as defined by the RIDP. The ANPD recognised the aim of the SCCs to ensure and facilitate compliance with data protection principles regarding cross-border transfer of personal data to countries without an adequate level of protection.
