Czechia: Signed MoU on competition cooperation between Central and Eastern European competition authorities

On 18 April 2023, the Competition Authorities of Poland, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aiming to promote and enhance regional cooperation in the enforcement of competition regulations. To this end, the parties agreed to exchange experiences and best practices through informal meetings, working groups, and workshops, among others.
