Announced UOKiK charges against born2be.pl and renee.pl for allegedly misleading consumers
On 3 April 2023, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) announced it had brought charges against born2be.pl and renee.pl, two online stores members of Azagroup, for misleading consumers by suggesting that the promotional campaign had a limited duration while offering the same products at promotional prices all year round. The companies could face a fine of up to 10% of their annual turnover if the charges are confirmed.
