NCPDP approves cross-border data transfer standars (Order No. 33)

On 20 May 2022, the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (NCPDP) published order No. 33 on cross-border data transfers. The order is based on Article 32(5)(i) of Law No. 133 and introduces the Standard Contract setting the security standards around data transfers with countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection of personal data.
