Consultation opened on Age appropriate design code impact review
On 30 September 2022, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) opened a consultation on the one-year anniversary impact review of the Age appropriate design code. The code applies to online servies marketed towards or likely to be used by children. The consultation seeks the views of stakeholders and members of the public on the impact of the code and is intended to inform a more general report. The consultation closes on 11 November 2022.
