Grubhub and DoorDash file federal complaint against San Francisco food delivery service fee caps
On 16 July 2021, Doordash and Grubhub have jointly filed a federal complaint against the City and County of San Francisco which made a food delivery service fee cap permanent on 9 July 2021. The delivery service companies argue that the permanent 15% fee cap on food delivery service fees is unconstitutional.
